Looks like its normal to every one, one thing you have to make sure of your exhaust not suppose to have a white smoke coming out, this is due to piston head problem. if not white smoke then its normal. and also have a inspection on rear and front wheel bearing, it need a replacement then that might be one of the reason to reduce your millage.

Depends on single/pillion. Riding at constant speed. Air pressure. If its brand new, wait for engine to smooth up. And don't go by the fuel meter. It has issues if kept on side stand for long. Try full tank to next full tank.

Worst Scooter never gives mileage above 30 Kmpl even after done Servicing. Spares not available even in Authorized Service Centre, That's why Low Sales compared to other Scooters. Sold on Year Ending Offer on Discounts upto 120%

Today only I checked my Vespa lx 125 mileage and I got a mileage of 48 km per liter and I was shocked all I did was repaired my engine , maintained air pressure and drove on constant speed.

Irregular service is the reason .i too have vespa sxl125 of 2016 and it give me 30km/L mileage

Same here Bought it in2017 july, sxl125 It gives mileage around 27-32
